Perhaps this vehicle already has a pretty sweet exhaust. Perhaps there aren't bolt on headers in the aftermarket yet for this car. Perhaps, the factory airbox is restrictive for such a large motor. There are many variables at play. We have considered most of them.

If you're asking for something that's an odd combination of colors (purple/gold interior) or way outside of what's normally offered (5.0 flat-plane FiST) they may either completely deny it or just make you wait a few months to see if you still want it. The problem with things like that is if you change your mind after the car is built it could sit around for years before being sold. Hopefully you get exactly what you want, without too much wait.

Found out why: since mine comes with summer tires and this plant is in a cold area, they were having problems with tires cracking during shipping(!!!) and so now they just wait until it's warm... WARM FASTER!
